Daniel is committed to unlocking the brilliance and potential of groups of leaders, and thrives on the magic created when they come together to take ownership for something that matters.
He designs processes and facilitates “real-deal” conversations, leading to alignment, relationship and results. He believes that clients have the answer, that humility, humor and love count.
Before founding Exember, Daniel was with The Trium Group, where he supported top leadership teams in technology, healthcare and retail.
He spent his early years at McKinsey in Silicon Valley and in Tel-Aviv. Daniel has an Ph.D. in Geophysics from UC San Diego and an MBA from Stanford University.

Prior to consulting, Amanda spent a decade in management roles in the fields of technology and education; her “alma mater” companies include Intuit Software and Broderbund.
Amanda is passionate about creating engaging experiences that require inter-disciplinary thinking. She also brings a background in theater direction and software game development (including titles for the acclaimed Carmen Sandiego series).

Valerie holds a BS in Diplomacy and Military Studies from Hawaii Pacific University and an MBA from Stanford University.

Meghna works with executives to lead from their authentic power and unique wisdom. She brings over 15 years of experience as a strategy consultant and executive coach across diverse industries: healthcare, technology, financial services, and non-profit organizations.
Meghna’s expertise is in helping leaders navigate growth and communicate about change in a meaningful and human way. Using her training as an anthropologist, strategist, and transformational Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner, she listens to what is being said between the lines and reframes complex challenges for quick action.

Kevin is the owner of Lighthouse Communications, a design and marketing agency based in Thousand Oaks, CA.
